Whatever is causing the delay with Louise had best be dealt with before Xmas / New Year.
Why no recent Permits ?

I'm not knocking the obvious potential of GGE and it's
enviable position among it's peers.

But I would appreciate some sound advice from the board as
to WTF is going on and when it is due to happen.

So Far "The Company confirms it has settled all litigation matters in respect of the usage of the seismic. This now clears the way for the Company and its partners to move forward with development of the dome and in particular to prepare for drilling of Louise.

Carefully worded, "Prepare" (I like "Development of the Dome") Yes please.

that is "expected to be drilled in the December 2013 quarter"

All it needs is a PERMIT.
