ADX sent me a notice of an AGM to be held on 30 May 2013.
Something has forced ADX to an early AGM
I am one very pissed off shareholder.

Apart from other things they are seeking an over and above 10% placement to whoever they can rope in.
My point is that ADX has zero runs on the board.
Do not expect me to vote for further dilution on what piss poor info they have given us. And to ask me for a yes vote when the share price is around 1.5 cents is stupidity. Maybe I should take a good look at myself.

ADX is up to there old tricks in Romania. Delay, delay, delay.
Keep the bank balance in the black to pay wages. Conserve costs and expenditure.
Looks to me that Romania will go the same way as the Chorbane.2 years to drill one friggin hole. Romania delayed till July due to wet weather. Over 2 months. Can you believe that?? Romania will not be drilled till next year if past performance continues. The pain is ongoing.

Paul Fink is up for re-election. I hope he has got a better pitch for his continued well paid job than relying on past performance.
One other item is the remuneration report. I hope that there are no surprises there.
The only light at the end of the tunnel is to deal corporately. Obviously doing the hard yards in the field does not work.
I wish we would have merged with Gulfsands and sorted out ADX management.
