I haven't ever had any trouble getting in contact with FP. He does have a mobile and makes himself available (to me anyway, and I'm no-one special). He should have been at the agm, but he's only a phone call away if you want to grill him.

Also managed to get to trial the bolt product. I think there was a glitch with the bolt website where you register your interest and this had been rectified. I just emailed the info@ address and they posted it straight out.

Don't like the situation we're in but I think some are being excessively critical, without knowing the whole story.
