I won't be going because I am interstate. I would be happy to give proxies to either FX or Kosenar but I think they have said in earlier posts that they may not be going this year...So I guess we (the other trustee of my SMSF and I) will vote our intentions through the Chairman of the Meeting.
BTW my mail is that ASA will not have the resources to enquire into "the governance shenanigans" until after the (busy for them) AGM season. I have a diary note to follow up with SM from ASA early in the new year.
