How did the 'rebels' go about "deliberately manipulating the market of Nusep Holdings shares" when they had already told the directors they would sell out if things didn't turn around?

JM also said that "he would find a buyer!"!

No manipulation there. If JM had found a buyer there probably would have been no issue.
