I assume all shareholders have had time to read the agenda for the AGM. Resolution 5 seeks shareholder approval for the allotment and issue of up to that number of shares that when multiplied by the issue price up to $7,500,000. (The lower the share price the more shares are issued) Did anyone find it interesting that Garrison Capital is being offered the placement being that, Matthew Woods Timothy Flavel Brian McMaster are directors of CRJ and Garrison capital and all bought more shares in CRJ in the last couple of weeks.
