glad to see others such as yourself hold a positive outlook on this stock.

NBS has suffered more than most over the past couple of years for a variety of reasons - some of its own making whilst many beyond its control such as govt budget cutbacks and beaurecratic indecision (as well as overly ambitious expectations from the company itself around achievable timeframes when managing the processes around govt contracts - this has been the cause of much shareholder disappointment).

As a result this exciting company with enormous growth prospects on the horizon has been unfairly maligned by a small group of disgruntled contributors to this forum.

All too often such negative posting appears motivated by the pain of past losses - not rational investor objectivity.

As you say - Time will Tell.
