i wouldn't be banking on another special dividend being generated from any Arrow stake sale.

i think the money will more likely be used to expand operations in NHC.Yes,there is a factor in wanting to distribute cash to Washington Soul Patterson shareholders but that's not really good management practise.It shows Management have no real significant Plan for future long term growth.

this is NOT Wash Soul Pat "action".This company is now at least THIRD Generation.It is dedicated to Long Term Wealth Maintenance and Creation.
Unlike other Institutional Investors they use their OWN Money as well as Investors and are not fixed on Fee Generation so much as significant Capital Gain for themselves and 'outsiders'.

Anyway,if NHC scores another half billion$$+ from Arrow,it'll descend on some under capitalised Big Name run by high flying spivs and take them over.Be rest assured NHC will NOT pay too much and the share price will not do the usual down move of the "Predator" while the target skyrockets.NHC is too canny and smart to buy Glory instead of excellent value.

either that or it will set up some State of the Art Coal2Liquids system probably in the US to take advantage of US Government "Help".
also rather than Sell their Brisbane Sole Coal Port Facility,could they buy the SE Qld Rail Line for Profit?

and there's also spinning off a Land Development Company of it's Award Winning Rehabilited Large Freehold Holdings in the SE Qld Pronounced/Approved Growth Corridor[Ipswich2Toowoomba]

so with all this back burner 'stuff',don't diddle around seeking windfall dividends.

anyone have access to info yesterday on major cross transfers?I did yesterday's VWAP and it was only at 431 ish,long way from the 450 close.this indicates massive percent of yesterday sales were 430ish and not a buying rush.
