no worries...i was talking about NHC...am not trying to talk it up, but then you have to look at things in perspective...

NHC --- own port (takeover factor in itself), land , coal mines, cash positive to a billion, 17% AOE, diversification to coal seam gas to lng conversion in US (black horse by far, whcih no one has touched upon and which will eventuate in March April, I think they made a mention of this in their last report), long term contracts

The USD is depressed, but what plays for NHC is volume play,i.e the downward movement in USD is balanced by increase in volume sold...i cant predict future, but for the past two years they have been steadily increasing volumes...i have been accumulating since $3 hence i might not have been as badly burnt as some but i would still not sell at this moment...

Now looking at AOE -- all i see is good acreage...i still dont seem to think of it as a production powerhouse...yes it needs the majors to make that happen but it cant do it by itself, hence a takeover is what CA is banking upon...

What I am banking is the accreage within the Planet Gas in US.. remeber NHC have a 17% handle on PG...if my hunch is right, NHC will make a move on PG...NHC feels they missed the boat on AOE (see recent press release where they stated they missed the boat on AOE), hence they might cash it in, buy out PG and develop their fields in US, with a depressed USD, hence development/production costs in the low USD denominations, and the sell in AUD/YUAN (in future) to China, not to mention the US market itself ...Boy once Yuan is freely floated, yuan will rise against USD...and thats what i want...because NHC will renegotiate the contracts in AUD YUAN exchange, which means more KACHING!!! in your pockets and mine.
