Thanks for explaining point 6.5 in the explanatory notes. Makes sense now.

That announcement yesterday sounds pretty good. What I liked most was that the company gets to call the shots on when to exchange shares for funding. I've seen similar arrangements to this (see PRR) and the terms are not nearly as good. GEM must have some confidence in this merger.

You might be interested to look at PRR's chart over the past twelve months or so. Let's hope BOS will do something similar!
