    some concerns I have...

    -DFS due in 2010, but when in 2010?...CWK are not clear on this
    -First shipment at end of 2013...with DFS due in 2010 seems a long time to first shipment. eg Rey have their PFS due by end of this year and they are targetting 2012 for shipement.(DFS far more advanced than PFS)
    -is the RIO tennement to the north being developed, or just sitting idle?...ie. How important is the oaklands area to RIO?

    otherwise I agree...CWK looks cheap...
