The problem equally to be blamed to top 20 share holders, giving the board free ride, not making them resposible, not calling extraordinary general meeting, they need to push board to be more transparent why the whole thing is moving so slow .. top holders have more things to say when it comes down to loss to share holders.. if they let the board run as it is , money will run out in 2 quarters And cap. Raise again...
