Yes i think so. Time to vote against the remuneration report ! 

Although Smoking, you can expect that word will get back to them pretty damn quickly about it. If they dont read what gets said here then you can be assured it will be reported to them. At another company i was involved in we managed to get a 1st strike via organising on H.C. And management was so concerned that we just might achieve it they started calling shareholders to try & persuade them against it. Big surprise to them when it happened though. The groveling after the event was pathetic. Nothing focuses ones attention like self interest. Especially when they might get kicked off the gravy train.
