AGM Voting, page-22

I wonder if this is going to be a cheap way for a business to get a listing on the stock market. It says in the booklet that all known information will be provided to shareholders. Very clearly this has not been done. If they are voting in new directors etc there must be a Reason for doing this...no reason is given. Does the company have any assets at all, has the company done anything ?. Does the company intend to do something...clearly they do otherwise what is the point.....CFU if you are reading this. How about acting in good faith to your long suffering shareholders or at least meeting your obligation to provide all known information...give us a reason not to vote no.
