Looking at this, its a little unfair to say that management have had their chance and therefore dont deserve incentive shares. The reality is that Alfonso wasnt able to make any changes to the team until Loxton resigned inFeb 2017. After that the toe cutter has been hard at work. Even then, they werent able to give guidance for the 2016/17 year until 21st June 3.5 months after Loxton resigned.
Looking at the current board I'd say that Trevor Allen is the most vunerable to losing his seat and coincidently, he's up for re-election this month....
Its a new "Yowie" world out there....
