Whilst at AGM a gentleman pointed out that the presentation by the Chairman, could possibly influence attendees
on how to vote. He mentioned that it isn't dissimilar to being at Union Meeting where a show of hands is called.
The Chairman (Ziggy) verbally stated that "shareholders overwhelming support for the resolution".
Next came the screen presentation of the percentage of support.
Lastly he asked the attendees to vote.
Another gentleman pointed out that at some AGM, attendees are given a digital device that they use to cast their votes. Their votes are added before a screen result is shown.
This could be critical during the remuneration resolution, where nearly 25% is against the remuneration package.
