He's right though. Loxton talked this one up massively, exercised his options and sold the stock, all whilst missing his targets. Market was blind to this, frankly, until it was too late. I can totally understand Carroll's and Alfonso's frustration, because 1)Bert was only ceo from Feb 2017 onwards, AFTER Loxton left, and Carroll only became Chairman in July. Trish and Allen were both on the board all during that time, but frankly should now step off, to give the new management clean air. I suppose Trish does has some expertise in this retail space, but Allen really is a total waste of space. I just hope Carroll keeps his foot on Allen's throat long enough to send the message.....
