The board were accused of being arrogant by one of the shareholders, and with the exception of Trish, came across that way. Hard to believe on what I saw today that any of them were, or ever will be, top executives. It's a pity that despite the second strike on the remuneration report the spill resolution was voted down. I don't think it would be too hard to replace this board.

So what does this mean for the remuneration? Without a spill, do they still get their performance rights etc.?
