I was there while they went through the proxy votes for the resolutions. Bert stayed quiet throughout the discussions on board remuneration and bonuses which I thought was a huge cop out. He should be able to stand up and justify his salary in front of the shareholders. Glad his options got voted down.

The board were accused of being arrogant by one of the shareholders, and with the exception of Trish, came across that way. Hard to believe on what I saw today that any of them were, or ever will be, top executives. It's a pity that despite the second strike on the remuneration report the spill resolution was voted down. I don't think it would be too hard to replace this board.
