Thye outgoing board will be patting itself on the back for what they have achieved over the past 12 months and the incoming board will say they will be trying to maximise the return to shareholders as quickly as possible and that they need to get into the business to see what needs to be done!

I suspect we will know withing 2 weeks what, when & how much will be paid out immediately!
