PPN has been suspended for 3 months and still no final accounts. An explanation to the long suffering minority shareholders would be nice.
A phonecall to the PPN office revealed that the auditor hasn't passed the accounts.
The mind boggles as to what the auditor may have found. I am sure it isn't a case of poor arithmetic as the preliminary report dated 31/8/2011 seemed OK
The half year report for the period ended 31/12/2011 is due soon. Perhaps we will get that before the 2010/2011 final accounts.
The good news is that BAR20 is still operating, possibly with a new manager.
