The shareholders are paying the CEO $450,000 a year to manage this business and this is the value they get for their generosity. Well, now that remuneration reports are truly subject to shareholder approval, I think there are going to be some tough measures enacted as well as stiff questions asked at the AGM, assuming we ever get to an AGM.
