    The predom Zulu Govt in SA isnt stupid.
    To have a Govt takeover would be simply disastrous for SA. There would be an instant drought of OS investment. The internal issues for SA would reach critical,a mass exodus of ability would occur followed by the radicalization of non Zulu interests, possible peaceful loss of power by ANC or at worse militant struggle. The executive of ANC know this.
