Yes I was the lady from the ASA and I am a relatively new shareholder in IRI (six months).  Normally when representing ASA we have a meeting with the board first and discuss all the issues, however as I was not officially monitoring the company, I did not wish to be too unkind, especially as I it was my first AGM and I need to feel the mood. I will be discussing at our next ASA monitor meeting as to whether to write to the company to restate the points made at the AGM as it would appear that the issues made the previous AGM were ignored.  I really don't know enough about the history of the company or indeed give advice on an upside, but as you say it was far from a model AGM. Note for next year, the new accounting standards AASB 15 Revenue from contracts with customers and AASB 9  Financial instruments come in so that should make the accounts much clearer.  On another note, ASA with my shares top 12 shareholder so this can encourage behaviour.  If this was my second time, I would have asked the directors going for election if they were going to make a commitment to buy the shares before we elected them.  If you want to listen to a better AGM, go to Altium (ALU) AGM was the following day.
