If people believed management had a strong plan to realize value from our assets then the SP would trade closer to NTA, but obviously people don't believe that. The SP suggests that people believe the company will continue to make a loss or have more write-downs.
One major shareholder suggested selling assets, it would be the easy way to realize $0.25 CPS but management didn't sound interested in that. So hopefully they have a good plan or they are making a profit so far in FY2011 (which they wouldn't disclose).
If management believe there is a better option than selling up then I will trust them. At the moment I believe that management can turn a cash profit in FY2011 (I don't care too much about asset write-downs), if they can do that within 12 months I'll be happy, if they can't do it I too will want an orderly wind-up.
OAK is funny, I topped up by 30% 5 minutes after the AGM then the SP rose 45% in the 2 following days (the buyer volume is not there to sustain this price though)! I am not selling though.
