the biggest s/h seems to be Lang Walker with 79m shares or just under 20%.
so of all the votes cast in that resolution seeking to provide those options to Beach, a total of 147.5m votes were cast.
(i) in favour of the resolution was 58,503,706; (ii) against the resolution was 82,915,967; and (iii) abstaining on the resolution was 6,105,405.
so there must be 405m shares on issue?
if we assume that the major s/h voted (and you expect he did), one might assume that as only 58.5m shares voted FOR that resolution, and 82.9m shares were AGAINST that resolution, I reckon we can presume that Mr Lang Walker voted against giving Beach those option.
i grant its an assumption only.
But it is interesting, because it it is correct, Walker sees that its not in minority s/h interests to grant Beach the opportunity to grab another 75m shares at 40c exercisable prior to June 2016.
So imho, thats a good sign for ADE s/h !
cheers
