AGM Resolutions

Just wondering how shareholders feel about Resolutions 3 and 4 for this AGM - Incentive Rights and granting of share to Mark

Having held QHL for over 10 years and purchased my shares at 16c to 80c I have some significant losses, however I believe in the company so have stuck with them.

During that time a very very large number of shares have been "given away" to several MD's and senior staff at NIL cost to them and LOW Hurdles.The board have previously had the temerity to use the term Total Shareholder value as a descriptor to justify the issue of shares, there has been none!

The constant issue of shares over time results in my shareholding being Diluted for no benefit to me by way of dividends or share price appreciation, nor does it benefit QHL as they get no value, not even 1c per share.In addition the issue of shares on this basis is using my hard earned money to line someone else' pocket

I am therefore AGAINST Resolution 3 which continues the issue of shares at what I consider to be Low hurdles and NIL cost so will vote against this item unless QHL change the performance parameters Upwards and/or issue the shares at a cost

I have no problem with Mark getting shares under Resolution 4 as he is the ONLY MD to have kept his promises and moved this company towards profitability.

Happy to hear a contrary argument however the recent banking Royal Commission should be sending messages to boards and executives that they "really do need to perform meaningfully" and build shareholder value before they get sugar coated handouts. It is our money
