Interesting would be to know the details of the negotiation in regards to FTT / TIS getting back full rights to all IP etc. Did they indemnify QUT etc?
Interesting that QUT still held shares - insider trading if they sold as they have info or is it internal policy or ???? ?
A lot of $ and vested interest after failures etc to ensure no truth or facts come out but there should be plenty of knowledge out there and all the documentation internally looking to try and support CE application and communication with authorities.
Absolute treasure trove and with all that available if current management looked hard they still proceeded to push through and try FDA?
Hard to understand with so much documentation if it was ever looked at with true due diligence intentions that there wasn't red flags and then what was done about those red flags ?

Others in the past will have diarised and documented discussions with old TIS outright lies etc so there is information out there

Apart from getting money from QUT or insurance what hope is there? There has been a taint for a long time and then at various stages it became a stench. Naturally decaying or fraud at different levels ?
