So the ATO ‘query’ has gone beyond the standard. 30 day response period, and beyond the exceptional 14 day extension period.
If it was a simple mix up or miss understanding, I have no doubt that KNL management could have provided the necessary evidence to clear the matter up.
Based on the time lapsed, IMO this has gone well beyond a simple ‘query’ and is now an ‘investigation’.
