One of the purposes for shareholders to call an EGM is for them to put forth resolutions that the BoD did not put forth at the AGM. If shareholders are unsatisfied with what our BoD has to say at the AGM then they have the right to garner the necessary 5% shareholder support to call an EGM. If you feel that it is a waste of time and money, I’m sure you will be relieved to know that it is not compulsory for you to attend or to vote.
