AGM Questions.

To all the Grange posters here, apologies, as I cannot attend the AGM on Wednesday morning in Burnie. It should be a fun event.

I have two questions I would love someone to ask to Board at the AGM.

1. On what date did Grange receive FIRB approval to purchase pre - existing residential property in Lumley Court Prahran Victoria? (note: FIRB approval must be given before a contract is entered into to buy existing residential property).

2. Given that their are hundreds of well credentialed developers in Melbourne, what criteria was used to evaluate potential partners for a property JV and what due diligence was then done on ROC Property Development?
