I'd like to set up a series of questions at the AGM for Mr Nanda and Mr Gupta (if present),

We already know NMDC own 80% of the company, therefore all resolutions WILL be passed as long as the Chairman is in favour of the vote. This means the remuneration report, re-election of Nanda, re-election of Turner and 6,000,000+ shares will be issued to Special Opportunity Fund will be approved. (Unfortunately, dumping of shares are imminent once the shares are issued to the Fund, these guys are no better than Springtree or La Jolla)

Anyone else with more questions, feel free to add to this list:

1) The obvious. What are the future plans for Legacy in 2015?
2) Is it better for the company to hibernate with minimal cash burn given weak Iron Ore markets, or is it currently the right time to seek / acquire failing Fe producing assets at a bargain and perhaps close operations until Iron Ore prices strengthen?
4) Why is the new CEO's renumeration the same as our geologist's current salary?
5) Is it appropriate and reasonable to re-evaluate the current renumerations of all staff including our geologist, company secretary and non-executive director?
6) Will there be any advancement, or plans to advance Koongie Park and / or Yundamindera Gold Project in 2015?
7) Will the company consider a merger with Hawthorn Resources and / or Jupiter Resources to further advance Mount Bevan and therefore minimise the company's cash burn?
8) Will there ever be a a large Line-of-credit provided for Legacy by NMDC if a world-class producing asset is available for purchase at a bargain price?


I don't believe there's any need to ask anything about the past regarding our previous MD - what's happened has happened and the only way forward is to focus on the company's future.
