Driven across the causeway for a swim recently? Bottom of Williamson is practically fresh rock - no easy oxide and that style of mineralisation will dilute beautifully when blasted. You'll need a decent cutback too - no cheap ounces there I'm afraid.
Regent - good on paper - is under about 40m of lake clay cover and depletion zone - plus the cover is most likely slightly radioactive
