Hi Set. While I agree with pretty much all you have written I must comment on something you have said which is a pet subject of mine:-
"I feel that the smaller shareholders (in my opinion) are been used, when capital is needed, it's a rush to get shareholders to contribute without making us feel excited to do so. We all worry about the shares being diluted, however there isn't much we can do about it. We are just little fish in a very big pond."
I have always advocated for minority holders to prepare for CR's and stick with our majority owner. While on one hand Todd no doubt like not having to put everything in to keep the ship running, I believe they would prefer if minority holders became totally disillusioned (thinking along those lines)and did not participate.
Obviously this gives them easy percentage gains, however I think just as importantly failed CR's gives FMS a justifiable excuse to raise funds other ways and is a quick way for minority holders to go out the back door.
I am always concerned when a CR comes around and there is a groundswell of negative opinion about participating. The second last raising was a concern as OCJ hardly participated at all, however it was great to see the level of take up at last CR and also the percentage participating in the AGM voting.
It has also been good to see OCJ purchasing on market (although still baffled how a notice has never been issued) and very pleased to see them vote with the other minority holders at AGM
This is in no way advice as everyone should make their own decision whether they consider participating in any CR, but personally if I become disillusioned enough to not participate I would most likely sell my holdings and move on.
It is also worth noting that the message at the AGM that Todd has aspirations which may not reflect reality (my paraphrasing from comments on here) is possibly at least partly true. There is no guarantee they will succeed and plenty of large companies have lost huge sums chasing dreams
Hopefully will not get too many stones for that, just throwing in the devils advocate view which anyone should consider in any investment.
