How times have changed
Remember the good old days when at our AGM our management were always upbeat promoting the potential upside of FMS, and we believed in what they were trying to do. They were trying to sell to the world Flinders (Diamonds) Mines, their sales pitch to everyone was pretty good. I know that I had many good phone calls to management, and I felt part of something special. After any AGM's there was plenty of news put out in the media by our management, and that was great.
We all know that we have plenty of high grade Iron Ore as our old management used to tell us that all the time, from memory I think FMS had a few Chinese Mills they were negotiating with. I don't really know, but from what we were told about the potential of FMS, I was excited at my future shareholding venture into FMS.
How times have changed, since our FMS 2018 AGM, I have been on Hot Copper so many times to find out from those FMS shareholders what went on at our AGM. The first to tell us roughly what happened was Georgia 14, she also shared a copy of the newspaper showing us the FMS article, Really good because all of us minor shareholders are starved for any bits of information we can get. We read in that newspaper article, that one of our fellow shareholders flew in from Arizona. How good was that.
Then came Geofrey 10, wow!! That completely blew me away, such detailed first hand account in very good detail on how the meeting went. We minority FMS are lucky to have like minded shareholders like Geofrey 10 and many others who contribute very good information on Hot Copper for all of us to digest.
For me there is one person who has been there from the start, who has been exceptional in helping us keeping our feet on the ground, by giving all of us really great well thought through articles that he posts on Hot Copper, he is PS. We have to thank the likes of PS, because he really goes out of his way to get information for all of us. I know that behind the scenes there are many people like PS who contribute so much.
There are many really good people who post great articles on Hot Copper, and without those who stand up for all of us at FMS, I guess many of us would have left a long time ago.
Looking forward to see what is going to happen in the first quarter next year, we all know that all of us minority shareholders are starved for information, we are well read, and we have internet, we know what's going on around around our mine site. We watch other small IO miners develop, and look at their costings. With the army of minority shareholders contributing to this Hot Copper blog, We will be well informed. Always do your own research, and the above is my opinion only.
cheers. SET
