great work, that is pretty much all of it, so far; as I recall it.
In many ways, MO is CCE. At earlier presentations there has been a chance to talk to staff, I did not do this last Wednesday, and the common theme has been, very satisfying to be working at CCE, good group to be a part of, and a feeling that they are engaged on something really significant. That feeling amongst staff would come from their experience with MO, mostly.
Turnover appears to be low, and again, that comes from people feeling they are being really well led, and are happy to tie their immediate future to the leader.
The calibre of the board is really first rate as well. I am sure they would be no pushover when it comes to determining and setting CEO packages. They probably had someone look around and recommend a package range that would suit MO, his expectations, and what he is delivering to the company in doing his job.
Like you, I never feel I am being taken for a ride whenever I go to a CCE presentation.
