It was around 09 but that's just from memory. Could be a year or two off.
At the time they didn't have any plans I could see for dealing with the tribe, the conditions on the lake or the road to a port. They also wanted to market to OZ rather than overseas. Seems all they had was a claim on some salty mud, a couple of onsite containers and my money.
