Dear Spectur Management;
Please refer below 2 x questions I have for the up and coming AGM to be held on Friday 23^rd November. I will be in attendance at this stage.

1. Please provide an update to the Market on the LIDAR Technology, this has not been mentioned in recent announcements, which is a concern to me, considering the Company have placed a large amount of time and effort into the project (I believe this has reflected in the recent Share Price drop). NOTE – You have also lodged a Patent Application for Spectur’s LIDAR Technology and subsequent IP, some of us have invested here on the back of the Lidar Tech also, and not to have an update is bewildering and somewhat unprofessional, considering the achievements of the Company to date. Honesty is the key, whether ‘LIDAR’ is a go, or not?
2. Please provide further information on the recent release of News regarding the ‘Shark Warning System’ implemented in Margaret River, WA, my main question is how does the system / or camera differentiate between a Shark Sighting and or a surfer for instance, as in how are the rangers 1^st alerted to a shark being in the monitored area, as the information provided in the announcement seems to be a little open ended and in my opinion is not specifically stated in the 15^th October ASX announcement. (is it by the actual Automated Monitored system or a person manually monitoring the system?) Spectur do state in the announcement though, it is a Quote: Non-Security application. As in per the Statement - The Shark Warning System communicates with Spectur’s cloud-based servers in real-time and can be instantly activated via a remote web login, from any location Apologies to be a little blunt, but the Western Australia Government have no idea about Shark Mitigation, I hope Spectur Limited can be of great assistance.
3. How can something like this be monitored 24/7 by a human I guess, especially someone employed through the Government, as in a Ranger, whom are not exactly the most proactive of workers, especially in lazy Western Australia (WA – does mean Wait Awhile)? By that time the shark may have had their lunch.
