Hi clyde, 4am seems a bit dedicated to the HC cause, especially after a drive back to the great southern!

Anyway, good to meet you also mate, it nearly didn’t happen but I was lucky enough to get a leave pass from the boss to return from the NW.

I think that your and ST’s summaries pretty much cover it but here’s a couple of my thoughts.

o Personally I think that SC ran a very professional meeting
o It’s a shame to see Peter retire from the board. To my mind he is one of the more honorable directors on the ASX. I had a good chat after the meeting and very much got the impression that he is comfortable leaving the company in SC’s capable hands.
o The oppies issue, whilst discussed, wasn’t resolved – but I expect that they will be re-issued as previously done. Thanks clyde for arguing this case as I’m sure that SC took on board your concerns.
o BP – same same
o I met Mike Stewart who seems like a personable chap and as a non-executive director does seem to have shareholders interest in his mind. In fact several times during the meeting I heard the term ‘returning shareholder value’ which I found re-assuring.
o Registration of artimist with WHO (which may take a couple of years) seems to be independent of a trade sale
o Therapex is on track to make the registration batches
o The final Phase III trail report needs to be scrutinized for any gaps which will support the trade sale of manufacturing and distribution rights.
o I got the impression (after the meeting) that the relationship with PP wasn’t perfect but was a hell of a lot better than it was. I also got the impression that PP knew that EMS contractually owned the M&D rights of artimist and that it was very valuable, and actually wanted those rights for themselves – hence the machinations of 2011.
o Interestingly, I asked SC if SUDA would be using PP patented technology for its future sub-lingual developments and he said no. Also, he suggested that future works could involve vaccines, cancer and one other area that I can’t remember at this time.

Anyway those are initial thoughts now need to bugger off to work
