Ok, here we go. Let me say this was my first ever AGM and it was boring as bats*&t. However I found it interesting. I think the result is mostly positive but not it is still a waiting game. The biggest point I got out of it was whenever Phase 3 trials were mentioned SC always said late December/early January unlike the last announcement which only mentioned the later. This could just be habit and mean nothing but who knows.

-Yes we are now Suda, was the only motion with any resistance but not enough to make a difference.
-The company goal is a trade sale and it seams a trade sale only, someone mentioned WHO registration earlier. This does not effect a trade sale from what I made out, the process can take 6 to 24 months but isn't of concern.
-The have no replacement for the leaving chairman but candidates are being looked at.
-Berlin Phara issue has not progressed but again SC said this shouldn't effect any trade sale.
-The new trials mentioned will hopefully not be funded by EMS. They were approached and asked to do the trails and funding could couple from a couple sources, the world bank was mentioned and a grant from the Gates foundation has been applied for.
-Options: from what I gathered they can not legally be rolled over, if they are not in the money then I dont know, I'm not full bottle when it comes to options sorry.

The topic of what comes after Artimist came up and SC mentioned they are exploring many paths, even cancer was mentioned but no specifics were given on the next project.

This is all that I took out of the AGM, please accept the fact I am new to all this and I could be wrong and it is all just from my point of view. I left happy because SC came accross very confident and happy to talk.
