AGM - Didn't attend

Been to the two last two AGM's and found them to be on par how Union meetings are run.

As a result didn't bother to attend! Its a joke how the management insist on a secret ballot for Union meetings, yet displaying the results prior to voting which equates to 'show of hands at a Union meeting'. This to me is indirect influences on how attendees are to vote.

Was there any changes or addition info provided to the voting results?

At my last attendance I asked Ziggy to display additional info, such as the number of individuals or entities that vote for and against the resolution; the numbers that didn't bother to vote etc. This would give validity to the poll resolution if the majority of individual voted fo the resolution.

This additional info may encourage more shareholders to take active part in voting - a great number of shareholders considered the voting as rigged for the big end of town.
