Of course APG management treats shareholders with disdain – butAPG shareholders have earned it.

You now have APG with 2 billion shares on issue, and  APG is trading ( although you can’t trade itat the moment ) at the lowest price possible of 1/10 of a cent.

For many years APG shareholders have continued to pay highdirectors, secretary and CEO emoluments for exceptionally poor performance.

To put this ridiculously high payment to management, coupledwith an exceptionally poor performance for shareholders into perspective, lookat it this way:

If just 3 people -the Chairman, the CEO and the Secretary took all the money that APGshareholders have paid to them, in just the last 3 years and bought APGshares at the current price of $0.001 – then these 3 people would just aboutown APG outright.

Great deal for management – bad deal for shareholders.

Do APG shareholders think APG management has done a good jobfor them ?  – I doubt it.

Will APG shareholders do anything to change APG management ?– I doubt it
