All Grange shareholders should watch the Scott Morrison interview this morning who put on notice all Boards, Directors and CEO’s that they need to lift their game considerably when it comes to governance, remuneration and looking after shareholders.
The property JV with ROC is a crock.
The directors of Grange are on notice.
There is no way in the world that it is appropriate that a mining company with a mountain of cash should team up with a bunch of light weight former AFL footballers to build property in a property market that has already peaked.
Grange directors, you are on notice.
