It's called being heavily diluted with little reward to shareholders as very little cash is being raised IMOvia the AGM resolutions and rights issue.
For example, has anyone of you worked out how many shares are to be issued in total and how much cash will be rec'd by the compana for doing so. What will be the diluted market cap at 27c this Christmas, compared to todays figures. Once you work that out, you'll see what I mean.
