    DYOR. Challenge to CTP M.D., Chair, and Board was powerfully demonstrated at SOA and 249d meetings. The M.D., Chair, and Board were emotionally disciplined ( despite their post vote bravado ) by the strong determined votes against them. Option Co., withdrew and New Direction fizzled ; they are no longer credible or active influences. After the recent placement there are now numerous and large conservative new shareholders without links to past conflict ; they will support the existing Board. There is no prospect of purposefully disruptively intervening in current company administration positions. M.D., Chair, and Board have positioned the company to get recurring substantial disposable profits beginning January 2019. Accept it, acknowledge it, and focus activist shareholder energy on company analysis, interpretation, and shareholder trading - both short-term and long-term. O & GP post " price sensitivity analysis " here is an outstanding example of how revealing, insightful, empowering the results can be ( even he was surprised by the outcome ). Continuing shareholders now have detailed facts and figures to guide their decision making, give confidence, and dismiss opportunistic cynical value deniers. It also provides shareholders with a fact based dialogue with M.D., Chair, Board, and executives. There are numerous competing investor dynamics operating here with one principal shared goal - making trading profit. All investors can maximise their shared purposes by co-operating and useing reports, quarterly webcasts, questions at meetings, Board and executive contacts, to understand, analyse, build company insight, and test them here. I am going to the AGM. Initiation of quarterly report webcasts was the result of shareholder lobbying and an improvement in shareholder communication ; O & GP suggests in his analysis ways improveing communication could be extended. My principal focus at the AGM is to ask new Board members about their attitude to shareholder communication. I will also ask how the CTP story may be better marketed to investor community. Let me know if you have future-focused, intelligent, courteous,rational, research influenced questions you would like asked at the AGM ( if their technical you need to give me grounding / orientation / background ). I wrote this article myself. It expresses my opinion. I have not been nor will i be paid for it. It is an " outsiders ", independent,interpretive view , based on information available to all researchers.
