I've come to the thread a bit late, but I can have a stab at answering Q1. May well be wrong, but here goes.

"1. What are the limitations on the sale of gas to Total Gas and Power, ie why can you not sell them all you can produce?"

Gazonor production is CMM and massively out of pipeline spec, with a low methane content.

The pipeline's prepared to be diluted by a small amount of this, but only a small amount. If more was to be put in, the pipeline would insist on gas processing to boost the quality. Hence the need to find other ways of using the CMM profitably.
