The ones you say are Pro BOD have been quiet on Hotcopper are'nt giving any thumbs up to any positive posts on management leaving one to believe there aren't too many.

The Browns are a much bigger influence than you give them credit for.... the reasoning behind the Vimson deal could be for voting purposes.

Possibly Management were worried about what the Browns were intent on doing prior to the Vimson deal.

So far we haven't had good reason to think otherwise.
