Well, voting closes today so I'm assuming by tomorrow Management will know the result ahead of the meeting on Thursday. Would total silence tomorrow, as opposed to an RT resignation, mean it is a victory for the BOD ? Or are they that pig-headed enough to go all the way to the meeting knowing RT is O.U.T. ?
If he remains watch that SP fall to new 5 year lows; and that would be the market telling TNG their BOD / Management is just not trusted or respected. For the good of the company and its share holders RT should quit regardless. If not, PB needs to take a long, hard look in the mirror.
