At what point in the timeline do the BOD know the results of the GM vote ? I believe it closes tomorrow so wil they know immediately ? Do they know already what the current standing is ? Can we assume that, if they do know the vote efore the meeting - which they obviously will at some point - and RT has not resigned that they have won the vote ?
A lot of questions, but we are at the pointy end of the GM !!!!
