As per the GM form, "Directors’ recommendation The Directors (with Mr Turkington abstaining) support the retention of Mr Turkington as a Director. Accordingly, they recommend that you vote AGAINST this ordinary Resolution. The Chairman of the Meeting intends to vote undirected proxies AGAINST this ordinary Resolution."
